Sunshine Days

Sunshine Days

Sunshine, warmth; it feels so good,

Healing rays sent down from God,

I might live forever if it were always, so.

Normal People

Normal People

What is normal, I ask of you?

Why does everyone aspire, of this, to do?

Why can’t they stop and think again,

Then reject normality, both women and men?

Why do they follow like cattle so do?

I am sure they know it, know that it’s true.

Perhaps doing this gives them peace of mind,

Or perhaps it lessens their daily grind,

Pain, however, MUST be met head on,

It is only by doing so can we hope to move on.

Don’t be Like Sheep

Don’t be like sheep that creep half asleep,

Each and every day of their lives,

Believing what is said, drummed into their heads,

By those in control, selling lies.

Instead, use your head, and question what is said,

By those who think they can guide,

You with dreams, consumer items and things,

To distract you from what is inside,

Inside of us all, potential so tall,

The power of the Universe, it’s true,

So look deep inside and search for the light,

Of Creation; waiting there especially for you.

I don’t Like Mondays

It’s Monday; it came so fast,

Monday; I am aghast.

Where are the days? (They flew so fast),

As ever nearer the grave I pass.

If I could have that time again,

Oh, what changes I would make.

Here we go Round the Mulberry Bush

Here we go round the mulberry bush, the mulberry bush, the mulberry bush

Here we go round the mulberry bush on a cold and frosty morning

*

This is the way jump out of bed, jump out of bed, jump out of bed

This is the way jump out of bed on a cold and frosty morning

*

Here we go round the mulberry bush, the mulberry bush, the mulberry bush

Here we go round the mulberry bush on a cold and frosty morning

*

This is the way we run downstairs, run downstairs, run downstairs

This is the way we run downstairs on a cold and frosty morning

*

Here we go round the mulberry bush, the mulberry bush, the mulberry bush

Here we go round the mulberry bush on a cold and frosty morning

*

This is the way we mitch from school, mitch from school, mitch from school

This is the way we mitch from school on a cold and frosty morning

*

Here we go round the mulberry bush, the mulberry bush, the mulberry bush

Here we go round the mulberry bush on a cold and frosty morning

*

Here we go gathering nuts in May, nuts in May, nuts in May

Here we go gathering nuts in May away from school this morning

*

‘Oh, those naughty, naughty children!’

Crisis, what crisis?

Crisis, what crisis? he asked, looking on,

There is no crisis; it’s a part of the plan,

A plan to tax you for all you are worth,

And then some, and more; haven’t you heard?

 *

A New World Order is coming your way,

A world of plenty, for some, if you do what we say,

Sitting up high, like emperors, we think,

We will dish out pennies to the masses, so dim.

 *

You voted for us, what more can I say?

We can do anything we like; it’s the New World Order way,

When you voted us in, you signed away your birth right,

Freedom and liberty and all of that tripe.

 *

You want to know what my associate has to say?

I’ll get him; here he is, to illuminate your day,

Hello, I am here, now what’s all this fuss?

Haven’t you heard that it’s time to kick ass?

 *

Taxes, yes taxes, is the answer, I say,

More taxes on the petrol and diesel today,

Heating oil and coal will go the same way,

So also with gas and electricity, I pray.

 *

When we’ve taxed you so much, you can’t even think,

We will tax you some more, to push you over the brink,

Into poverty, hardship; destruction without hope,

Trapped, burdened by the New World Order yoke.

 *

Although it’s a quarter to midnight, there still is some hope.

Wake up, wake up, this is certainly no joke,

Politicians and bankers are intent on one thing

Destroying our lives; we must not let them win.

My Bathtub, so fine

I once had a bathtub, so fine,

I washed in it all of the time,

From morning to night,

I spent my best time,

In that bathtub, my bathtub so fine.

There was a nation so bad

There was a nation, so bad,

That thought it was superior; a cad

Until it was challenged one day,

By a country far away,

And it made them ever so MAD.

Grunge

There was a country called GRUNGE,

That thought it would be so much fun,

Interfering with the lives,

Of people far and wide,

That’s Grunge, the country having fun.

(It’s a funny old world, isn’t it?)

There is a country so bold

There is a country, so bold,

As to meddle with nations of the world,

It thinks it is right,

In every single fight,

It starts in this crazymad world.
